5 Pet Travel Tips Featuring Green Gruff

This blog post is kindly sponsored by BabbleBoxx for Green Gruff. All opinions are always my own.

Traveling with your dog can be so much fun but also so much work. They are part of the family and deserve to come along! We have taken our pup, Bruno, on so many road trips. He’s been to Oklahoma, New Mexico, California, Arizona, Nevada, Tennessee, Virginia, DC, New York, Colorado just to name a few states. We are currently visiting Florida with him.

With summer in full swing, I wanted to share five travel trips, in case you are traveling with your pet!

Create a safe and comfortable space in the vehicle for your pet.

Bruno likes a lot of room. We usually designate the entire back seat to him. He’s a bigger dog so he needs the space. If you have a smaller dog, a car seat might be better for them. There are also seat belts for dogs to ensure they are safe.

Bring plenty of food and water.

We always measure out his food and bring a little extra just in case we stay longer. Water is a must, for both you and your pet!

Don’t leave the supplements behind.

If your pet is taking any supplements, make sure to pack them! Some dogs can get very nervous during car rides. I recently discovered Green Gruff CBD infused dog supplements. They have dog anxiety chews specifically for calming and relaxing. It’s meant to aid your nervous pup in unfamiliar situations or when around loud noises like thunderstorms.

Additionally, Green Gruff has other CBD chews for your dog that will enhance the function of joints, hips and the connective tissue. As well as CBD chews that help your dog if they have itchy, dry skin and help promote a healthier, shinier coat. Green Gruff chews have 9 amino acids and are meant to be taken daily for the most impact.

If you would like to check them out for your pup, you can receive 30% off any Jar (90-count) of Green Gruff supplements through 6/30 using discount code GGWF30

Research pet friendly places to visit.

Pet friendly parks are a great way to get your pup active after a long car ride. We also like looking up pet friendly restaurants and beaches.

Bring familiar items from home.

Packing things like their dog bed, food bowls, blanket or favorite toys can help get them use to their new environment. Setting down Bruno’s food and water bowls help him to his was around our hotel room or rental house.

Let me know if you have any tips for traveling with your furbaby. Thank you again to Green Gruff for partnering with me on this blog post.
