By now, everyone has heard of faux leather leggings. As a huge fan, I was so curious to try faux leather joggers. 2020 has been the year where comfort is key and “these sweatpants are all that fit me right now” (name that movie).

There are so many versions. A lot of different retailers carry a them and at different price points. Mine are from Anthropologie. The faux leather joggers are fantastic quality. The faux leather is so soft and the inside is cozy, almost like a thin fleece. They don’t make any weird noises when you walk either. The size range is amazing, available in XS-3X, also offered in petite sizes. They do run big, so I ordered a petite L, they are perfect, even on my thick thighs. I’m 5’1″ and typically a size XL/1X/16.

Target also carries their own version. Naturally, I had to investigate. Target’s faux leather joggers are $20, making them $108 cheaper than the pair I own. I will say the quality is completely different and they aren’t as soft. They don’t offer petite sizes at Target & fit me too big. If you really are interested in trying this trend and don’t want to break the bank, give them a go. They might work out for you. I personally would pass on the Target alternative.

Being someone who doesn’t usually go for trends, I am SO happy I stepped out of my comfort zone. They are so stylish.
