It comes in three different canvases – Monogram, Damier Ebene and Damier Azur, all with gold hardware. There are two different sizes to choose from. The PM measures 9.5 x 5.5 x 1.6 inches and currently retails for 830 USD before taxes. The MM measures 11 x 6.7 x 1.6 inches and currently retails for 1020 USD before taxes. Each version has one pocket in the interior that can fit a few credit/business cards and features a magnet flap closure.
Functionality
Super versatile since you can wear it on your shoulder with its gold chain, cross-body with its longer leather strap or as a clutch. If you prefer an all weather option, Damier Ebene is your best bet. This option features a coated leather cross-body strap, so no need to worry about vachetta (natural leather). The Damier Azur and Monogram versions come with a vachetta cross-body strap. Either way, there is no wrong option.
My thoughts
You already know its my favorite. I find that the versatility and price point make this a great option. Whether you are starting your luxury handbag collection or would like to expand. I have all three canvases in my collection (it’s my first trifecta). But if I had to suggest just one, it would be the Damier Ebene in the PM size (save yourself some money). That combination has been my most worn of the three. I take it traveling with me and it still looks so good! I was recently able to purchase a separate strap for my monogram Favorite. It’s an adjustable monogram strap (similar to the pochette metis strap). Now, I’ll be able to wear that one more often.
